Before You Begin:
- A T2T Sync Connection must already be configured. Sync Connections are managed from the T2T Sync Connections page — go to Settings, Advanced Settings section, click T2T Sync.
- Only contacts in the source database who (1) have an active membership and (2) hold a membership type that is mapped in the Sync Connection will pass their information to the target.
- Contact (Individual or Business), Membership, and Contact Custom Fields are the field groups that can be synced.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Use the reference tables below to confirm which fields will sync. Contacts in the source database who (1) have an active membership and (2) the membership is a type that is mapped in the Sync Connection, will pass the following information to the Target:

Common Pitfalls
- Unmapped membership type: A contact will not sync unless their membership type is mapped in the Sync Connection. If expected contacts are missing in the target, confirm the type mapping under Settings, Advanced Settings section, T2T Sync.
- Expecting unsupported fields to carry over: Only the fields listed in the tables above sync. Data that does not appear in these tables (for example, fields outside Contact, Membership, and Contact Custom Fields) will not transfer to the target database.
