The Goal: Search for and view all payments received, with options to filter by reference number, payment type, or other criteria.
Before You Begin:
- This view shows all payments across all contacts. To view payments for a specific contact, navigate to that contact's record and use the Billing tab instead.
View All Payments
- Go to Finance, Billing section, click All Payments. A list of all payments received will be displayed.
- To search for a specific payment, enter the reference number in the search box.
- For additional filtering, select Show Only or Customize Results to narrow the list by payment type, date range, or other criteria.
Common Pitfalls
- Looking for a Specific Contact's Payment: The All Payments page lists all payments system-wide. If you are looking for payments from a specific member, it may be faster to navigate to their contact record and use the Billing tab directly, rather than searching through the full list.
