The Custom Tools in Email Designer are designed to pull in lists of database information into your newsletter without having to manually enter data. The Custom Tools are found at the bottom of the tool panel in Email Designer.

Add a List of New Members

The New Members custom tool allows you to easily put the spotlight on your new members. You will be able to define the members displayed based on start date. Additionally, you can define the information included for those members (name, membership type, directory listing link). |
- Adjust the background color if desired
- Filter to a specific membership type if desired
- Enter a date range to display new members from within that range
- Set container padding - this is the space that will surround the list
Once you have the list of new members loaded, you can click the list to refine any settings (adjusting dates, membership types, etc) or change formatting (font, color, bold, etc). You can also use the Merge Tags option to select additional fields to display in the list. See Email Designer Merge Tags for more information.
