What this does: Explains the seven Real Estate Edition error logs and which one to open for a sync problem.
Applies to: GrowthZone Real Estate Edition only. Staff need access to Settings.
Before you start: At least one of your M1, MLS or lockbox integrations must be set up and syncing.
Time needed: About 2 minutes.
Find the error logs
Each integration now has its own error log for each record type. All seven sit together in Settings.
- Go to Settings, Real Estate Error Logs section.
- Click the log for the integration and record type you need. Use the table below to choose.
Choose the right log
Pick the log by where the data comes from and what kind of record failed. Each page heading uses a different name from the rail label.
| Error log (rail label) | Integration | Records | Page opens as |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1 Office | M1 | Office records | M1 Business |
| M1 Agent | M1 | Agent records | M1 Individual |
| M1 Education | M1 | Education records | M1 Education |
| MLS Office | MLS | Office records | MLS Business |
| MLS Agent | MLS | Agent records | MLS Individual |
| Lockbox Office | Supra or SentriLock | Office records | Lockbox Business |
| Lockbox Agent | Supra or SentriLock | Agent records | Lockbox Individual |
Terms: M1 is the National Association of REALTORS® membership system. MLS is your multiple listing service. Lockbox means your Supra or SentriLock lockbox provider.
How the error logs work
- Each row is a record the integration sent that GrowthZone could not update.
- Only errors your staff can fix, or that are for your information, appear.
- When you fix a record, its error clears on the next sync.
- Every log lets you search, view the full message, download a CSV (comma-separated values) file, delete errors that don't apply, and change the columns with Table Settings.
Common pitfalls
- Looking for one combined log: There is no single Error Log page any more. Open the log for the integration and record type.
- Deleting errors you can fix: Deleting a fixable error hides the sync problem. Fix the record and let the next sync clear it.
