How will Registration Protection be offered?
When registering for an event, members will have the option to add Registration Protection at checkout.
Important:
- If members need to cancel attending for a covered reason, they can easily request a refund for up to 100% of the non-refundable fees in a few clicks by visiting: customers.vicoverage.com.

Automatically Activated: When creating a new event via the Events module, the Offer Registration Protection checkbox will be automatically selected.
How to Add Registration Protection to an Existing Event
The following are instructions for adding Registration Protection to an existing event:
- Under the Events module, locate the event that you want to add Event Registration Protection to.
- Click the 'pencil icon' to edit the General Information for the event.
- Select Offer Registration Protection and click Done.
When adding Registration Protection to new events, create the event as normal and ensure that, under the Options section during event creation, you select the Offer Registration Protection button, as shown above.
Members will see a widget for Registration Protection within the checkout.
Where do I go if I need help?
If you need any help related to your insurance, refunds, or protection, please visit the ViCoverage Customer Portal. ViCoverage will answer all questions related to your refund and protections through this portal. If you've purchased insurance through GrowthZone via ViCoverage with your Event Protection, you should create an account using the email address associated with the coverage. Check your email for more information from ViCoverage once you have purchased protection!
