Overview
Protect your non-refundable registration fees! Registration Protection is an optional add-on offered to your members when they register for one of your events. If they can't attend for a covered reason, ViCoverage handles the refund directly so you keep the revenue and your staff stays out of the claims process.

How will Registration Protection be offered?
When registering for an event, members will have the option to add Registration Protection at checkout.
How to Add Registration Protection to an Existing Event
- Go to Events & Learning, Events section, click All Events.

- Select Offer Registration Protection and click Done.
For New Events
When creating a new event, ensure the Offer Registration Protection checkbox is selected in the Options section of the Events & Learning area.
Where do I go if I need help?
If you need any help related to your insurance, refunds, or protection, please visit the ViCoverage Customer Portal. ViCoverage will answer all questions related to your refund and protections through this portal. If you've purchased insurance through GrowthZone via ViCoverage with your Event Protection, you should create an account using the email address associated with the coverage. Common Pitfalls
- Disabling Registration Protection on new events: The Offer Registration Protection checkbox is automatically selected when creating new events. Confirm it remains checked unless your association has a specific reason to opt out.
