The Goal: Run the Event Attendees Report to see which events your contacts registered for or attended, filtered by date range, event category, calendar, list, event, registration status or custom criteria.
Use this report to analyze attendance in specific event categories, list contacts who were invited to events in a date range but didn’t attend, or find every event registration for individuals associated with a specific organization.
Before You Begin:
- Decide which events you want to report on: a date range, event category, calendar, list or a specific event.
- Decide which fields you want in the results. The report starts with a default set of fields you can add to or remove.

Common Pitfalls
- Losing grouping when you export: If you use Summarize By, export with the Export Summary As... options to keep the report formatting.
- Attendees repeated on several rows: The LicenseNumber field pulls from the contact’s Professional tab, not the Real Estate tab, and adds one row for each license the contact has. For the Real Estate tab’s license, use fields such as Member State License or Individual NRDS/MLS License Number instead. See Event Attendees Report License Number Field Duplicates Rows.
