Before You Begin:
- You need an active Sync Connection configured for the contact records and memberships you want to keep in sync. Manage these from T2T Sync Connections under Settings, Advanced Settings section.
- Sync actions apply only to active contact records and memberships that are included in an active Sync Connection.
- Changes can originate in the GrowthZone UI, the Info Hub, the Contact Import (Enhanced Import Module), membership renewals, and auto-approved or staff-approved Membership Applications.
Step-by-Step Instructions
The tables below outline the changes that will trigger syncs from a Source tenant to a Target tenant or tenants. Changes will trigger a sync when they occur on active contact records and to memberships that are configured in an active Sync Connection.
Triggers
Sync actions are triggered by additions and updates to an active contact record or a membership that has been configured in the Sync Connection. Those changes may occur in the GrowthZone UI, via the Info Hub, though the Contact Import (Enhanced Import Module), membership renewals, and auto-approved and staff-approved Membership Applications.

Common Pitfalls
- Expecting a sync for contacts or memberships outside the Sync Connection: Only active contact records and memberships configured in an active Sync Connection trigger a sync. Confirm the record is in scope before troubleshooting a missing sync.
- Assuming every field change syncs: Only the actions and fields listed in the tables above trigger a sync. Changes to fields not listed will not push to the Target tenant.
