Issues identified during synchronization with M1 may be visible in the event log.
View Event Log
- Click Setup in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click Event Log in the Miscellaneous section.
- Click Customize Results.
- Select Error from the Log Severity Level list.
- Select M1 Event from the Log Type list.
- Click Done.
To view details click the and choose Log Details.
NOTE: Sync to M1 will continue trying to send the M1 data. Once a retry succeeds it will not clear all of the previous errors.
M1 Sync Errors
The table below describes some of the common errors that may be logged in the Event Log.
