The Goal: Walk a member through storing their bank account (ACH) payment profile in the Info Hub so they can pay invoices and enroll in autopay using GrowthZone Pay.
Before You Begin:
- GrowthZone Pay must be implemented for your organization before bank account/ACH profiles can be stored.
- Only the member (customer) can complete these steps. Staff cannot enter ACH information on behalf of a customer due to privacy restrictions, and the member will verify their bank account through their own online banking platform.
- To preview the ACH options, staff should create a test contact record with a test invoice, then log in to that record from an incognito window. See Contact Records for Testing for more information.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click My Billing Info in the left-hand rail.

Select the Autopay & Billing tab.

Click the
icon in the Payment Profiles section and select US Bank Account.
- Choose from one of the banks listed or search for a different bank. You will be taken to your online banking portal to log in and choose an account.
Common Pitfalls

Staff attempting to enter ACH details:
Staff cannot enter bank account information on a member's behalf. Only the customer can add an ACH payment profile, and the bank account is verified through the member's own online banking platform.
