Delegating DNS access to GrowthZone Staff

In order to provide your organization with the best possible support during integrations and launches, GrowthZone can accept delegation of the management of your domain. In other words, you can temporarily hand over management of your domain to GrowthZone, by adding our email address or username as a delegate or manager in your domain provider.

 

The accounts that we currently support are as follows, along with instructions on adding our account:

 

Cloudflare:

Network Solutions:

 

To delegate access to your domain provider with Network Solutions, you can do the following:

  1. Log in to your Network Solutions account
  2. Click your username in the top right-hand corner
  3. Select Accounts and Users
  4. Select the account you want to delegate access to
  5. Click the Manage button
  6. Navigate to the User Roles & Permissions section
  7. Click the + Add User button
  8. Add the person's name as "GrowthZone" and the websupport@growthzone.com email address.

In the above cases, you should be able to add websupport@growthzone.com to your domain as delegate or manager, and we will then be able to assist you in managing your DNS.

 

If you have come to this page in regards to your GZCMS Site Maintenance/Migration, and your DNS host is not one of those listed above, please contact us at gzcms-maintenance@growthzone.com with the name of your DNS host and we will see if there are opportunities to set up delegate access, as this is the most preferred and cleanest method for assisting you in updating your DNS records.
