Open Invoices Report

The Open Invoices Report gives you a comprehensive list of all open invoices, as of the report date, so you can quickly see the names of individuals or businesses you've invoiced and the amount they need to pay. This can help you to manage your past dues, as well as analyze your expected cash flow.

1. Click Reports in the left navigation panel and select Open Invoices Report OR go to the Billing module Overview tab and select Open Invoice Report in the right hand pane.

   

2. Select your search filtering criteria and Fields to Display.
   • (Optional) Enter an Additional Criteria/Filter. For example, if you wish to view only open invoices where the balance is over a certain amount, select Invoice Balance.

     

   • (Optional) Select Display Options. The system is setup with default fields to display in your report; you may add and/or remove fields by clicking on the Fields to Display drop-down arrow.
   • (Optional) Select Summarize by criteria. This optional field allows you to select how you wish report results grouped, for example, you may wish to group by contact name.
3. Click Run Report.
