Verifying that your active members have a recurring billing schedule is crucial to ensuring that you are billing all members accurately. We recommend that, before running your upcoming billing, you generate the Membership Report with the following filters:
- Membership Type: Be certain to check for missing schedules one membership type at a time!
- Member Status: Active
- Scheduled Billing Amount Is Empty
- Fields to Display: Contact Name; Scheduled Billing Amount (at a minimum)
