The Goal: Send a password reset email to an Info Hub user who has forgotten their password, directly from the individual’s contact page.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to the individual’s contact record.
- The individual must already have an Info Hub login set up.
Step-by-Step Instructions
If an Info Hub user has forgotten their password, you can send a password reset email from the individual’s page.
- On the individual’s page, click the
button to view common tasks.
- Click User Login.
- Select the Send Password Reset Email check-box.
- Click Done.
An email will be sent with instructions for resetting the password:

Common Pitfalls
- Reset email never arrives: Confirm the individual’s email address on their contact record is current before sending, and ask the user to check their spam/junk folder.
