The Goal: Suspend or terminate an agent in SentriLock directly from their contact record so the updated status is automatically synced to LockBox.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to the agent’s contact record and permission to manage Real Estate Edition / LockBox settings.
- Your association must have the SentriLock LockBox integration enabled, with the agent already synced to LockBox.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - SentriLock section.
- Click Sync with LockBox.
- Select Suspended or Terminated from the Status list.
- Click Done. The updated status will be automatically sent to SentriLock with no further interaction needed. All data described in Data Sent to SentriLock for Agents will be sent.
Common Pitfalls
- Forgetting to click Sync with LockBox: Changing the status alone does not push the update. Always click Sync with LockBox and then Done so the new status is transmitted to SentriLock.
