The Goal: View the default newsletter templates available in the Email Designer so you can use them as designed or edit them to suit your business needs.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to the Email Designer.
- NOTE: Email Designer templates are only deliverable from the Email Designer tab and are not available to select anywhere else in GrowthZone. You can however use them for/in Marketing Automation workflows.
- Many standard and custom tools are available to you for designing your templates.
Step-by-Step Instructions
We have provided you with a variety of newsletter templates that you can use as designed, or edit to suit your business needs.
- Go to Marketing & Communication, click Communication in the left-hand rail.

Click Email Designer in the Communication section.

Click the arrow in the Templates dropdown menu to display the available templates.
- Select the template you wish to work with.
You can customize these templates to suit your needs, if you are going to immediately send the newsletter out. Changes to the default templates will NOT be saved. If you wish to design your own template for future use, see Create a Email Designer Template from Scratch.
Common Pitfalls
- Losing your edits: Changes you make to a default template are NOT saved. If you need a reusable design, create your own template instead of editing a default.
