Reset Password from Info Hub Log-in Screen

If a member has forgotten his/her password, clicking the Forgot your Username or Password? link will allow them to Enter your email address to receive an email with your login(s) or Or Enter your username to reset your password.

 

  1. On the Info Hub Log-in Screen

  2. Click the Forgot your Username or Password? link.

  3. Enter your email address to receive an email with your login(s) to receive user-name
  4. Or Enter your username to reset your password to receive password reset instructions.
  5. Click Go. An email will be sent to the user with the requested information.
