Before You Begin:
|
IMPORTANT: To use the “Integrate with Existing Form” option, you MUST have the Forms/Surveys module. |
- Your GrowthZone Form needs to have “Accept User Responses via 3rd Party Source” enabled (under the advanced options checkbox).
- The same fields/questions must exist in both your GrowthZone Form and the Landing Page Form, with matching names.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Marketing & Communication, Marketing Automation section, click Landing Pages to open the landing page you want to connect.
-
On your GrowthZone Form, enable “Accept User Responses via 3rd Party Source” under the advanced options checkbox.
- Ensure the same fields/questions exist in both places (your GrowthZone Form and the Landing Page Form).
-
Make sure the fields/questions share identical names. The “Field Name” entered in the landing page form question AND the “Field Name from 3rd Party Application” entered in the GZ Form Question (under the advanced options checkbox) must be exactly the same.
Example — Landing Page field:
Existing Form field: - For additional information on creating a form, see Create a Form/Survey.
Common Pitfalls
- Mismatched field names: If the “Field Name” on the landing page and the “Field Name from 3rd Party Application” on the GZ Form are not exactly the same, submissions will not map correctly.
-
3rd Party Source not enabled: If “Accept User Responses via 3rd Party Source” is not turned on, the existing form will not accept the landing page submissions. Once the steps above are complete, your landing page form submissions will be brought into the GrowthZone Forms/Surveys responses area.
