The Goal: Open your association’s events to view them in list or card format and edit an individual event’s details.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to your association’s events.
- Know the name of the event you want to find if you plan to use the Search box.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- View your events by going to Events & Learning, Events section, click Events — OR type the event name in the Search box in the header bar.

When you select events in the left-hand rail, all of your events will be displayed. You may view the events in list format or in card format by clicking the icons on the right-hand side of the screen.

Click the name of the event you wish to edit to open the event’s page. The Event page is set up with several different tabs that provide the functionality to customize and manage your event; you can edit the event general details on the Overview tab.
Common Pitfalls
- Can’t find an event: If the event list looks incomplete, confirm you are viewing the right format and have not filtered the list — or use the Search box in the header bar to jump straight to it by name.
