The Goal: Download a spreadsheet of all invitees for an event so you can review them outside the system.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to the event whose invitees you want to download.
- A spreadsheet program (such as Excel) to open the downloaded file.
All invitees are stored and available via a spreadsheet download, found under the additional actions button on the event's Attendees tab.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Events & Learning, Events section, click All Events, then select the desired event.
- Navigate to the Attendees tab.
In the search/filter bar, next to the Add Registration button, click the down arrow and select Download Invitees.
The system will download an Excel spreadsheet of the invitees for your review called “(Event Name) Invitees.xlsx”. Save it in the location of your choice.
You will also be able to see the total number of invitees displayed on the event's Overview tab, in the General Information box.
Common Pitfalls
- Looking at the wrong tab: The download lives under the additional actions (down arrow) on the Attendees tab, not on the Overview tab. The Overview tab only shows the invitee count, not the download.
