Link an Invoice to a Membership Activation

In rare cases, you may need to manually link an invoice to a membership activation. For example, an invoice was created prior to adding a membership or an invoice has been voided or deleted. To link an invoice:

  1. Click the desired membership on the member's Profile tab

     

  2. In the Membership Activity section, click the  icon for the activity you wish to link to an invoice.
  3. Select Link/Unlink Invoice.

  4. Click the gray plus sign  to display a list of available invoices

     

  5. Select the radio button for the desired invoice.
  6. Click Done.
