Assign Individual Contact Designations

To track your contacts' professional experience, designations may be assigned to those individuals in the database. 

 

 IMPORTANT: If you have the Real Estate Edition, designations will be handled by your NRDS/M1 sync. You will not be able to create or add designations via GrowthZone. These designations will be displayed (and can be updated) on the contact's Real Estate tab.

 

  1. On the individual's contact record click Edit Individual.

  2. Select the desired designation(s) from the Designations list. Designations must first be configured under Setup > Miscellaneous. See Configure Designations for instructions.
  3. Enter the Earned On date (Optional).
  4. Click Done.
