The Goal: Download an Excel file of the current active members of a list/committee so you can review, edit, save, or forward it.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to Contacts and the list/committee whose members you want to download.
- You may need to download a list/committee’s current members for various reasons (reporting, outreach, recordkeeping).

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Contacts, click All Lists/Committees, and open the desired list/committee.
In the desired list, click the down arrow next to the Add Contact button and select Download Active Contacts.
The system will download an Excel file of the active list of contacts, and you can review, edit, save, and forward this file to anyone who needs it.
Common Pitfalls
- Downloading the wrong roster: The download reflects only the active contacts in the list/committee you currently have open. Confirm you are in the correct list before selecting Download Active Contacts.
