The Goal: View all recurring billing schedules for a member, including membership dues and any other scheduled billing items.
Before You Begin:
- A billing fee schedule is automatically created on the contact's Billing Setup tab when a new membership is added.
- Changes to a membership's recurring fees should only be made on the Profile tab — do not edit membership recurring fees directly from the Billing Setup tab.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the desired member's record. Click the Billing Setup tab. All recurring billing for the member will be shown in the Membership Scheduled Billing section.
- To filter between active and inactive scheduled billing items, click the filter icon.
- To view the details of the fee items, click the hyperlink for the membership in the Description column.
Common Pitfalls
- Editing from the wrong tab: Changes to membership recurring fees must be made from the Profile tab, not from the Billing Setup tab.
