The Goal: Suspend or terminate an office’s Supra LockBox account so that the office’s agents are locked out of the LockBox system.
Before You Begin:
- You must have Real Estate Edition enabled with the Supra LockBox integration configured.
- You need permission to edit office records and manage LockBox sync settings.
- Have the office record open that you intend to suspend or terminate.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - Supra section.
Ensure Sync with LockBox is enabled.
- Select Suspended or Terminated from the Status list.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Locking out an entire office unintentionally: If an office’s Supra Account is Suspended/Terminated, ALL agents associated to this office will be “locked out”. Confirm you have selected the correct office before clicking Done.
