If you have identified contacts that do not have a directory listing (or you wish to add an additional listing to a contact who has a listing) you can use the Add Directory Listing data tool.

NOTE: This process will update the directory listing for the memebrship owner. When working with an organization the organization owns the membership so a directory listing will not be assigned to the individuals associated with that organization. |
- Click Setup in the left-hand navigation panel
- Click Add Directory Listing in the Data Tools section.
- Filter to the contact type, membership and status; then select the directory and directory listing to be assigned. NOTE: If the contact has already been assigned a directory listing, this will not over-ride the existing listing, it will add an additional listing.
- Click the
to define another list of contacts to which you wish to add directory listings. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed.
- Click Done.
