The Goal: Show a member how to refer a non-member to your organization directly from the Info Hub.
Before You Begin:
- The member must have Edit access to Referrals in their Info Hub login settings. See Setup Info Hub Access for details on access levels.
- Have the referred organization's details ready: organization name, contact first and last name, and email address.
Step-by-Step Instructions
The Info Hub makes it easy for your members to refer non-members to your organization, by selecting My Info and opening the Refer Others section.
- Click My Info in the Info Hub navigation menu.
- Click Refer Others.
- Fill in the required fields: Organization, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
- (Optional) Enter Comments.
- Select whether the organization may mention the member as the person who referred them.
- Click Submit.
Common Pitfalls

No referral notification received: Only staff members who have subscribed to the Member Referral notification will receive an email with the details of the referral. If you expected a notification and did not get one, confirm your notification subscription.
