The Goal: Create one or more ad sizes that define the dimensions and style of advertisements you can display on your website and within modules such as the Directory.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff permissions to manage Sponsors/Ads settings.
- Know the ad style, width, and height you want for each ad size.
- If you plan to use a “skyscraper” style ad, be ready to set up custom locations and generate HTML code first (see the Common Pitfalls note below).
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Revenue, Sponsors/Ads section, click Ad Sizes.
- Click the + Add Ad Size button.

Complete the ad size details:
- Select an Ad Style from the dropdown menu.
- Give the ad size an easily identifiable name; this will help if this ad size only appears on a particular page or module (such as the Directory).
- Specify the width and height of the ad. These fields will populate with defaults according to the ad style selected, but can be changed if needed.
- “Is Active” should be enabled.
- Click Done.
- Next you will need to set up the advertisement itself.
