The Goal: Remove a stored credit card from the saved payment profiles in your Info Hub so it is no longer available for autopay or future payments.
Before You Begin:
- You must be logged in to your Info Hub with access to My Billing Info.
- If the card is tied to an active autopay schedule, confirm you have another payment method on file before removing it.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click My Billing Info in the left-hand rail.
Click the Autopay & Billing tab.
Click the edit pencil icon for the credit card you wish to delete. NOTE: This icon may be a different color depending on the customization of your Info Hub!
This will open the Edit Payment Profile window.
To remove the card from the stored payment profiles, click the Delete button in the lower left. A confirmation window will appear.
- Click OK to confirm and complete the removal of the credit card from the stored payment profiles.
Common Pitfalls
- Removing the only card on an active autopay: Deleting a stored card that is set up for autopay can cause upcoming scheduled payments to fail. Add a replacement payment method before deleting the old card.
