The Goal: Manually record a contributor’s fundraising contribution from the back office.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to the Fundraising area.
- Have an active fundraising campaign created, along with the contributor’s details and contribution amount ready to enter.

Step-by-Step Instructions
When contacted by a contributor, you can easily add their contribution from the back office.
- Go to Revenue, click Fundraising. The Fundraising module will display all of your fundraising campaigns.
- Click the hyperlink for the desired fundraiser.
Click Add Contributions.
Your contribution form will be displayed, allowing you to enter the contribution.
Common Pitfalls
- Wrong campaign selected: Be sure to click the correct fundraiser hyperlink in step 2 before adding the contribution — the contribution is recorded against whichever campaign you open.
