The Goal: Watch a specific forum in the Info Hub so you receive automatic notifications whenever new topics, comments, or replies are posted.
Before You Begin:
- You must be logged in to the Info Hub as a member with access to the forums.
- Notifications are sent based on your contact preferences; see the pitfall note below for details.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Locate the forum you wish to follow in the list of forums.
- Click the unwatched
icon next to the forum you want to watch.
- Confirm the forum is now being watched. Forums that are watched display the watching
icon.
Once you are watching a forum, automatic notifications will be sent to you when:
- A new topic is posted to a forum
- A comment is posted to a topic in that forum
- A reply has been made to a comment that has been posted to a topic in that forum
Common Pitfalls
- Assuming notification preferences are not set: Notifications are sent based on your contact preferences. If you have not yet picked to have notifications sent, preferences for forum notifications will be selected for you when you choose to watch a forum — you do not have to do this as an extra step.
