The Goal: Upload files to the Info Hub that are visible only to an individual member and your association staff, so the member can store and share private documents.
Before You Begin:
- You must be logged in to the Info Hub as the member (or with member-level access).
- Have the document you want to upload saved and ready on your device.
On the My Files tab within Shared Files, members may upload files that are only visible to them, and the association staff. Once uploaded to My Files, the documents will also be displayed in the back-office, on the member's Files tab.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Memberships, Info Hub section, click Shared Files.
- On the My Files tab, click Choose Files to navigate to, and upload the desired document.
| NOTE: Files uploaded from the back-office, on the user's Files tab will also be displayed on the My Files tab in the Info Hub. |
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting other members to see the file: Files added on the My Files tab are visible only to that individual member and your staff — they are not shared with the wider membership. Use a different Shared Files location if you need broader visibility.
