The Goal: Set up a Fee Item (Goods/Service) and assign it the correct Fee Item Type so it becomes available when you build products for your store.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff permission to manage billing/finance settings, where Fee Items are created.
- Have your store product details ready so you know whether each Fee Item should be a “Physical Product” or a “Digital Product.”

Step-by-Step Instructions
Fee Items (Goods/Service) let you define the fee items associated with the products you will sell in your store.
- Create the Fee Item you want to use for your store product. For full instructions, see Setting up Fee Items.
- When defining the Fee Item, assign it a Fee Item Type of “Physical Product” or “Digital Product” so it can be selected when you add products to the store.
- Click Save to finalize the Fee Item. It is now available to select when you go to Revenue, Store section, click Products and add a product.
Common Pitfalls
NOTE: You must assign your store Fee Item to a Fee Item Type of “Physical Product” or “Digital Product” to make it available when you add products to the store. A Fee Item assigned to any other type will not appear in the store product picker.
