The Goal: Edit a Dashboard widget’s settings — such as its name, duration, and graph type — to tailor what each widget displays.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to the Dashboard, available at Home, My workspace section, Dashboard.
- Keep in mind that the available settings vary per widget — not every widget exposes the same options.
Some widgets allow you to modify the settings for the widget, such as the name of the widget, the duration of the widget, the graph type of the widget’s metrics, and more. Widget settings will vary per widget
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Home, My workspace section, click Dashboard.
On the Dashboard, click the
icon of the widget you wish to edit and select Edit Widget.
Configure the widget as needed. Options available will depend on the widget you are working with.

Common Pitfalls
- Expecting identical options on every widget: Widget settings vary per widget, so don’t expect to find the same fields (name, duration, graph type) on every one — configure only what the selected widget exposes.
