The Goal: Impersonate a member to view their Info Hub exactly as they see it and perform tasks on their behalf.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access with permission to view contact records.
- If the member does not have an Info Hub account, the access level granted to staff is the default level of access configured under Settings > Staff & User Access > Login Settings.
Staff may “impersonate” a representative in order to see what the rep would see in the Info Hub and perform tasks on their behalf. This may be useful if a member is having difficulty using the Info Hub, and you wish to view the Info Hub as they are seeing it to assist them.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- On the Individual’s Overview tab, click the
in the Contact Info section.
- The Info Hub will open, and you will be logged in as the contact.
Common Pitfalls
- Forgetting the member’s access level applies: When you impersonate a member, you see only what their rights allow. If a member has no Info Hub account, you inherit the default access configured under Settings > Staff & User Access > Login Settings, which may differ from what you expect.
