The Goal: Enable the Show Registered Attendees Publicly option so the public can see who else is attending your event.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to the event you want to update.
- Decide whether your registrants should be visible to the public before turning this option on.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Events & Learning, Events section, and open the event you want to update.
- On the event’s Attendee Setup tab, locate the Overall Registration Options section.
- Enable Show Registered Attendees Publicly. This allows the public to view who else is attending your event. See Overall Registration Options for instructions.
- Click Save to finalize your changes.
Common Pitfalls
- Privacy oversight: Turning this on makes your attendee list publicly visible. Confirm your registrants are comfortable being listed before enabling the option.
