The Goal: Organize and manage your projects from beginning to end — including member acquisition, member onboarding, and events — using the Project Management module and reuse repeatable workflows with project templates to save time.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to Projects and Tasks (Home > My workspace).
- Decide which workflows are repeatable (such as member onboarding) so you can save them as a project template and reuse them.
In this session, participants will learn how to manage their projects. By the end you will know:
- How to create a project
- How to watch projects
- How to update and complete project tasks
- How to add individual tasks

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Home, My workspace section, click Projects, Tasks, or Project Settings depending on what you want to manage.
- Create a project, watch projects, update and complete project tasks, and add individual tasks as shown in the overview video above.
- To reuse a repeatable workflow (such as member onboarding), save it as a project template from Project Settings.
- Run project reporting to track progress to completion.
