The Goal: Change the primary contact assigned to an organization's membership.
Before You Begin:
- The new primary contact must already be associated with the organization in GrowthZone.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the organization's record. On the Overview tab, scroll to the Memberships section.
- Click the hyperlink for the membership you wish to change.
- Choose the new Primary Contact from the drop-down list.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Contact not in the drop-down: If the desired contact does not appear, they may not yet be linked to the organization. Add them as an individual first before returning to this step.
