The Goal: Edit the M1, MLS, and Lockbox status rules that control how a contact’s membership status is changed when updates are received from M1.
Before You Begin:
- You must have staff permissions to access the Real Estate Edition settings.
- Your database must be on the Real Estate Edition with the M1 integration enabled.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click Settings in the left-hand rail.
- Click Suspend/Drop/Reactivate Settings in the Real Estate Edition section.
Click the Real Estate Settings tab.
In the Actions column, click the pencil icon
- Make the desired changes.
- Click Done. Changes made will take effect going forward.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting retroactive changes: Status rule changes take effect on a go-forward basis only — they do not reprocess membership statuses that M1 already updated.
