The Goal: Turn on the Enable Printing Pop-up Windows option so a print option appears on pop-up windows throughout the software.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to organization-level settings.
- This feature is no longer supported, but certain print options may meet your needs. GrowthZone does not support or troubleshoot issues with printing directly from the software using this option.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click Settings in the left-hand rail.
In the General Settings section, click General Settings.
- Select Enable Printing Pop-up Windows. NOTE: GrowthZone does not support or troubleshoot issues with printing directly from the software using this option.
- Click Save to finalize your changes.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting full print support: This option is no longer supported. If printing directly from a pop-up does not meet your needs, use the software’s other print or export options instead.
