The Goal: Re-send a registration confirmation email to an individual event attendee who needs another copy.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to the event and its attendee list.
- Have the name of the attendee requesting the confirmation ready.
| IMPORTANT: If your event is synced to GoToWebinar or Zoom, do not resend confirmations from GrowthZone! The GrowthZone confirmations do not contain the connection info for the event. Please log directly into your GoToWebinar or Zoom account and resend confirmations from there! |

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Events & Learning, Events section, click All Events and open the event you need.
- On the event, go to the Attendees tab.
- On the Attendees tab, find the attendee who is requesting the confirmation email.
- Click the three dots to the far right of that attendee.
- Select “Resend Confirmation”.
Common Pitfalls
- Resending for synced events: If the event is synced to GoToWebinar or Zoom, do not resend from GrowthZone — the GrowthZone confirmation will not include the join/connection details. Resend from GoToWebinar or Zoom instead.
