The Goal: Resend the account setup instructions to a staff user who never received or never completed their username and password setup email.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff/admin permissions to manage staff users.
- Confirm the staff user already exists in your system. When a new staff user is set up, an email is automatically sent to them to create their username and password — this article covers what to do when that email was not received or the credentials were never set up.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the left-hand rail, select Settings.
- Click Staff Users in the Staff & User Access section.
Click the ellipsis
in the Actions column and select Resend Invite.
- The system will resend the email with the staff access login credential information.
Common Pitfalls
- Setup email landing in spam: If the staff user still does not receive the resent invitation, ask them to check their spam or junk folder and confirm the email address on their staff record is correct before resending again.
