The Goal: Approve an event that one of your members submitted from the Info Hub so it goes live on your calendar.
Before You Begin:
- You must have allowed your members to submit events from the Info Hub.
- You need permission to edit events so you can change the event status.
Step-by-Step Instructions
If you have allowed your members to submit events from the Info Hub, they can be approved on the event's Overview tab.
On the event's Overview tab, click the pencil icon in the General Information section.
Select Approved from the Status list.
- Click Done to save the status of the event.
Common Pitfalls
- Forgetting to click Done: Changing the Status to Approved does not take effect until you click Done to save. Closing the editor without saving leaves the event in its submitted state.
