The Goal: Update the settings for an existing directory in your system so it displays the way you want.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to Settings with permission to manage Website options.
- Know which directory you want to edit before you start.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Settings, Website section, click Directories. A list of the directories currently configured in your system will be displayed.
- Click the link for the directory you would like to change.
- On the Edit Directory screen, make the desired changes.
- Click Done to finalize your changes.
Common Pitfalls
- Leaving without saving: Changes on the Edit Directory screen are not applied until you click Done — navigating away first discards your edits.
