The Goal: Manually reactivate a single suspended member from the Manage Overdue page.
Before You Begin:
- If you have set up rules for NRDS, LockBox, and MLS under Settings, Memberships section, Real Estate Settings, those rules will be applied upon reactivation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Finance, Billing section, click Manage Overdue.
- Filter the invoices to members who have been suspended by clicking Show Only or Customize Results.
- For the desired member, click the icon in the Actions column.
- Click Re-activate.
- Click Done on the confirmation screen. If you have set up rules for NRDS, LockBox, and MLS under Settings, Memberships section, Real Estate Settings, those rules will be applied.
Common Pitfalls
- NRDS/MLS/LockBox rules applied automatically: If Real Estate Settings rules are configured, they will be applied on reactivation. Review your settings if you observe unexpected status changes after reactivation.
