The Goal: Automatically approve events that your members submit through the Info Hub, so they publish without manual review.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff permissions to edit Info Hub settings.
- Your users must already have permission to add new events via the Info Hub.

Step-by-Step Instructions
If you have provided your users with permission to add new events via the Info Hub, you can allow those events to be automatically approved.
- Go to Memberships, Info Hub section, click Settings.
- Scroll to the Other Options section.
Enable Auto Approve Events Submitted From Hub.
- Click Save.
Common Pitfalls
- Forgetting to grant event-submission permission: Auto-approval only takes effect for users who already have permission to add events via the Info Hub. Confirm that permission is in place first, or submitted events won't appear to approve at all.
