Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to email/communication settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions
The Flood Protection setting determines how many “Allowed Identical Emails Per Recipient” are permitted.
- Select Settings in the left-hand rail.
Go to Marketing & Communication, Communication section, click Settings, then click Email Settings.
- Enable Flood Protection.
- Set the number for Allowed Identical Emails Per Recipient. This is recommended for everyday use.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Setting the limit too low: If the allowed count is too restrictive, legitimate repeat emails to the same recipient may be blocked. Choose a value that supports everyday communication needs.
