The Goal: Enable GrowthZone’s real-time data integration with SentriLock so that an office or agent’s lockbox account is activated and assigned the correct security level automatically.
Before You Begin:
- You must have staff permissions to access Real Estate Edition settings.
- Your association must be on the Real Estate Edition with a SentriLock account already provisioned.
- Have the contact record (office or agent) ready that you want to sync with the lockbox.
How the Integration Works
GrowthZone offers a data integration with SentriLock’s lockbox solution. The purpose of the synchronization to SentriLock is to activate an account for an office or agent, and define the security level afforded that office or agent. The sync happens in real time, with updates appearing in SentriLock in a matter of minutes. When enabled, GrowthZone will send updates to SentriLock whenever contact information is updated or entered new.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click Lockbox Settings to confirm your SentriLock connection is configured.
- Open the contact record for the office or agent, then click the Real Estate tab.
- Tick the Sync with Lockbox checkbox so the system recognizes the sync option for this contact.
- Click Save to finalize your changes. The account and security level will sync to SentriLock within a few minutes.
Common Pitfalls
- Forgetting the checkbox: If the Sync with Lockbox checkbox on the contact’s Real Estate tab is not ticked, GrowthZone will not send any updates to SentriLock—no account is activated until the box is checked.
