The Goal: Review the full history of emails and other communications logged for a contact, and check delivery statistics for any sent email.
Before You Begin:
- You need access to the contact record whose communications you want to review.
- Communications are only logged when they were sent through or recorded in the system for that contact.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the contact record, then click the Communications tab. All communications with a contact are logged here.
- To view statistics about receipt of an email, click the
icon and select Delivery Stats.
- Review the list of logged communications. If a number appears in blue adjacent to an email, this indicates that the email contained an attachment.
Common Pitfalls
- Looking in the wrong place for delivery results: Delivery statistics are not on the email itself — you must click the action icon on the Communications tab and choose Delivery Stats to see whether an email was received.
