The Goal: View the full list of staff users configured in your database so you can review who has back-office access.
Before You Begin:
- You must have staff/admin permissions to access Staff & User Access settings.
- Your staff users should already be set up in the database.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the left-hand rail, click Settings.
Click Staff Users in the Staff & User Access section. A list of all of your staff users will be displayed.
Common Pitfalls
- Staff Users page is empty: If no users appear, your account may not have permission to view Staff & User Access settings, or staff users have not yet been added. Confirm your access level before troubleshooting further.
