The Agent Secondary record is used to store supplemental, or secondary, records for a member. A member is in M1 only once with one M1 ID but you can link many secondary records to one member. The secondary record is used to indicate a member’s secondary associations, secondary offices, secondary licenses, etc. The Secondary record allows you to define additional relationships this agent may have. There is no limit on the number of supplemental records attached to a member. Best practice when adding a secondary record, if the secondary record is NOT for an agent for which you are POE, is to search M1 to bring back data from M1 for the record.
If you have linked M1, MLS, and/or Lockbox Status to the agent's GrowthZone Membership Status, these settings will apply to PRIMARY agents only; Secondary agents M1 status will not be updated (secondary associations do not have editing permissions for agent records in M1; those changes must come from their primary association).
